This spot as the name suggests is one of the holiest spots in Maharashtra. It is the ugamsthan of Godavari river at Trimbakeshwar. The stepwell at this tirtha was constructed more than 250 years ago by Sardar Parnerkar at a tremendous cost. Under the ‘Maharashtra Barav Mohim’ we are currently researching & documenting this stepwell.
