Mani Bhavan, Mumbai is an extremely distinguished institution that has an insightful collection related to Mahatma Gandhi. The enviable library has thousands of volumes and their exhibition has many rare photographs and possessions related to the life & journey of the Mahatma. A recent donation, of over 1200 photographic negatives spanning the journey of Mahatma Gandhi from his childhood to his last days, required our services. This collection had to be thoroughly inventorised and cross-checked through the duration of its digitisation and its descriptions written in detail for the record of the Gandhi Museum at Mani Bhavan. It was a great opportunity to handle and work on such a rare collection.
