Located in Shilavihar Colony, Pune Dhanshree Apartments is a commercial complex owned by Mr. Ajay Kamlapurkar. Studio Gestalt created a proposal for site development using vertical landscape techniques, lighting & signages and other such accents to enlaven the site. We further created BOQ’s and detailed working drawings along with the esteemed landscape contractors Biophila, Elt India. We are also working on the feasibility report for consumption of unutilized FSI.
