People’s Education Society is eponymous with ‘Education for All’. Founded by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar in the early 1950’s, the library at Siddharth College, Mumbai is home to hundreds of rare books, diaries, journals and miscellaneous paper work from Babasaheb’s personal collection. Niteeka Archival Infotech Pvt. Ltd is carrying out the paper conservation and KGS Systems is carrying out the digitization of this collection. Studio Gestalt is assisting them in the listing, research and photo-documentation of the collection.
